- How to “eat to compete” by understanding how simple nutrition plays a role in performance
- How to take care of their bodies and understand the role of recovery
Who Should attend Fast-n-FIT Camps
Fast-n-FIT camps are designed for both middle school and high school athletes that have the desire and willingness to work hard outside the lines. Any athlete, Male or Female, thats wants to develop their total body strength, dynamic flexibility, linear speed, multi-directional speed and overall athletic power are great candidates for Fast-n-FIT.

G’Town FAST -n- FIT Camps and Dave Schmitz are the exclusive developer of the Reactive Resistance Band Multi-directional Speed Training System that is now used by over 45 High schools in Wisconsin.
